Center for Biodevices FacultyXchange
February 23, 9:00 am to 3:30 pm
The fourth annual FacultyXchange invites faculty, clinicians, staff and students from all Penn State colleges and campuses to share research expertise, develop ideas for new biodevice projects and establish collaborations. Faculty will be invited to present their clinical needs, science/engineering research capabilities and ideas for new biodevice technologies.
Details on funding opportunities including the Center for Biodevices Seed Grants, Grace Woodward Grants for Collaborative Research in Engineering and Medicine and Innovation Grants will also be presented. Throughout the day, there will be opportunities to connect with members of other disciplines to ignite collaborations and further develop projects and ideas.
FacultyXchange is hosted by the Center for Biodevices, in partnership with the Penn State College of Medicine Research Concierge and Center for Medical Innovation. Established in 2020, the Center for Biodevices aims to bridge foundational science and clinical applications of biodevices, while enabling success of faculty, clinicians, and students across multiple disciplines.
