Commission for Women “Galentine’s Day Celebration” and prom dress collection

February 13 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Penn State Commission for Women is holding a “Galentine’s Day” celebration.

Rather than an anti-Valentine’s day, Galentine’s Day is a day for friends to come together to celebrate each other, no matter what their relationship status is.

The logo of Penn State Commission for Women in Hershey is a script letter W with pastel splashes of color behind it and several curved lines.Special guest Leigh Hitz-Miller, a member of the Lebanon County Commission for Women and chair of the Glass Slipper Project, will speak about the benefits of the Glass Slipper prom dress collection project that is part of the celebration.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own lunch and join activities to promote positive conversations.
