Free Flu Shot Drive-Thru Clinic – Lebanon
October 7, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Free flu shots will be given to anyone 3 years of age or older; no medical insurance or ID is needed.
Adults must be able to access the middle part of their arm to receive a shot, so loose-fitting clothing is recommended.
Registration
Reservations are suggested, but not required. Please register each person over the age of 3 who will be receiving a shot.

The event is rain or shine. In case of inclement weather, it will take place in the high school atrium.
