Gentle Kundalini Yoga

An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until November 20, 2019
This is a gentle, relaxing yoga class focused on breathing, stretching, and meditation. Students are encouraged to take things at their own pace, and to do the best they can. Adaptations can be made if you have trouble getting up and down off the floor.
