HSBR Seminar: “Diseases of Despair: Investigating a Public Health Crisis in Real-time”

“Diseases of Despair: Investigating a Public Health Crisis in Real-time” will be presented by Daniel R. George, Associate Professor, Department of Humanities, Penn State College of Medicine.
Dr. George is part of a research team affiliated with Penn State Clinical and Translational Science Institute that is currently partnering with Highmark to study diseases of despair. Dr. George will be joined by three Penn State medical students, Molly Hartley, Emily Leboffe and Shayann Ramedani, who are also part of the research team.
Light refreshments will be served.
