Hosted by the Penn State Center for Medical Innovation, the I-Corps@NCATS program is a 5-week short course that offers a methodology to identify the commercial potential of your technology. During the course, teams of participating researchers will learn how to explore product-market fit, talk to customers, gain insight from experienced business leaders and build a business case for translation of your science.

This course is specially designed for faculty, clinicians, staff and students with biomedical innovations or ideas who are interested in learning more about the process of customer discovery and how it can improve their research and accelerate translation into clinical practice.

The course includes education on topics unique to biomedical research commercialization utilizing the scientific method as a way to test potential commercial pathways and build a compelling business case.
