Inclusion Academy – Culturally Responsive Care: How to Ask Patients for Demographic and Social Determinants of Health Information in a Culturally Appropriate Manner

This session is organized by the Office for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and is part of the Culturally Responsive Care Series, which focuses on:
- Increasing the understanding of cultural norms and expectations of specific populations
- Helping participants develop the skills and abilities to provide culturally responsive care
- Increasing clinical knowledge and practices that improve health outcomes for diverse patients
Culturally Responsive Care (Patient CRC Series) 11 expert-led “working” sessions, hosted in each region, focusing on culturally and sensitive services (general knowledge).
