
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction: In-person Spring Monday evening sessions
April 3, 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm
Being mindful begins right where you are. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, or MBSR, is an eight-week guided course for bringing healthy choices to life, being offered to the community through Penn State Health and Penn State College of Medicine.
This series, led by Liz Bhagat and Tim Riley, will run Mondays from April 3 to May 22 at Penn State Health Medical Group – Harrisburg, 2626 N. 3rd St. Harrisburg, PA 17110.
- Orientation: 6 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, March 27, 2023
- Sessions: 6 to 8:30 p.m. Mondays, April 3 to May 22, 2023
- Retreat: 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, May 13, 2023
