Negotiating Job Offers
April 15, 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm
This workshop will teach graduate students and postdocs to negotiate job offers effectively by handling the initial offer, understanding which items to negotiate (including academic and non-academic considerations), conducting research, employing effective negotiation strategies, and preparing for the conversation. Best practices and resources will help participants to negotiate a compensation package with confidence and poise.
