The importance of exercise and physical activity for people diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease has been well documented, making exercise an important piece in the treatment. Exercise produces many benefits including increased physical functioning (motor performance, strength, and endurance), improved gait and balance, cardiovascular fitness, and overall better quality of life.
Registration and payment details
- Thursdays, 3-3:45 p.m. – Classes are held bi-monthly
- Free for all participants
- A University Fitness Center membership is not required | Registration is not required
