Penn State Health Heart and Vascular Learning Series: Cardiac Disease Evaluation and Liver Transplantation Candidates
November 17, 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm
Evaluating candidates for liver transplant is complex and requires a multidisciplinary, team-based approach. Learn how a patient’s risk profile and perioperative cardiac assessment factor into the evaluation process. Understand how current societal guidelines challenge existing paradigms of care and highlight the need for additional research and education to optimize how we approach these patients.
This event is open to all physicians, nurses, care team members, fellows, residents, medical students, administrators and referring providers.
