Title: Searching the Medical Education Literature
Presenter: Nancy E. Adams, MLIS, EdD
Learning Objectives:
- Describe how to use keywords and MeSH terms to search PubMed for medical education journal articles.
- Demonstrate how to access additional medical education literature resources available free to the Penn State community, such as additional databases, Harrell Health Sciences Library’s Medical Education Research Guide, and a list of journals that accept medical education research.
Are you working on a medical education project, and need to search for related literature or find a journal that publishes medical education research? Join Nancy Adams, Librarian for Scholarly Communication and Education, for a hands-on Zoom workshop where you’ll learn a strategy for systematically searching the medical education literature and local resources available to you as a member of the Penn State community.
