The implementation of SIMBA (System for Integrated Management for Budgeting and Accounting) at Penn State Health and Penn State College of Medicine will take place on Wednesday, July 1. SIMBA will offer opportunities for Penn State and the College of Medicine to effectively plan, budget, manage and steward Penn State’s assets and resources to meet the expectations of internal and external stakeholders.

To assist in the implementation, the College of Medicine SIMBA Task Force is holding a weekly virtual forum via Zoom every Thursday from noon to 1 p.m. to help navigate this new system. Led by Jennifer Feeman, assistant vice president of finance and business, and members of the College of Medicine SIMBA Task Force, the goal of the sessions is to ensure all end-users of SIMBA have an opportunity to come together and discuss questions and issues before the July 1 go-live and after.

These sessions are open to anyone employed by Penn State College of Medicine or Penn State Health who may be impacted by SIMBA.
