Step into a healthier you with Penn State Health outpatient locations in the Berks region. “Walk with a Doc” is a free community-based healthy lifestyle and walking program. Our providers start with a short, health-related discussion and then spend the rest of the hour leading a walk and fun conversation with you that starts at the City Park Bandshell in Reading. It’s a great way to get some steps, learn more about health and meet some new friends in your community. Walk at your own pace and distance.
