Upstander Café: Microaggression and Unconscious Bias Education
September 1, 7:00 am to 8:00 am
Learn how to stand up to microaggressions and bias and create a more welcoming workplace at Penn State Health. Sessions are held virtually, on the first Friday of the month, from 7-8 am.
Participants will discuss cases of unconscious bias and microaggressions and practice Upstander Skills to promote engagement and intervention.
