Webinar: Cultivating a Climate of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Virtual Teams

Penn State Clinical and Translational Science Institute will present “Cultivating a Climate of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Virtual Teams” as its next Translational Science Seminar Series webinar.

How can teams be managed to simultaneously improve inclusivity and leverage the power of diverse thought? This seminar will discuss practical tools for fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture in a coronavirus world in which team members connect virtually.

Susan Mohammed, PhD<0/a>, a professor of psychology and the institute’s team science expert, will present the webinar. Mohammed provides consultations through the institute’s Community and Collaboration Core about forming and maintaining healthy research teams.
