This one evening, two-hour class covers comfort measures and breathing techniques for labor.  It can be taken as a refresher class if you’ve given birth before or a condensed class if you are not able to attend our other childbirth classes but still prefer an in-person class.  For registration information, call 717-981-8238 or e-mail hmoretz@pennstatehealth.psu.edu.
