All are welcome!  Share your journey and connect with other moms and future moms at our weekly support group every Wednesday.  Our lactation team will be available to answer your questions and address your concerns regarding any type of feeding.  We will be sharing our stories and discussing anything and everything motherhood related.

This one-evening, two-hour class is a condensed version of our weekend childbirth preparation class, focusing on comfort measures and breathing techniques for labor. It can also be taken as a refresher class if you've given birth before. Class runs from 6-8 p.m.
