Condensed Childbirth Preparation

This one-evening, two-hour class is a condensed version of our weekend childbirth preparation class, focusing on comfort measures and breathing techniques for labor. It can also be taken as a refresher class if you've given birth before. Class runs from 6-8 p.m.

Weekend Childbirth Preparation

This all day class covers phases/stages of labor and delivery, comfort measures and breathing techniques to use during labor, pain medication options and what to expect postpartum.  It is best if taken in the last 4 months of pregnancy.
