DESCRIPTION:Neuromuscular Disease Education Series\nHershey Lodge – Confection Hall\nRegistration and breakfast: 8:30- 9:30 a.m.\nEvent: 9:30 a.m.-5 p.m. \nPenn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center\, in partnership with the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA)\, invites individuals and families affected by neuromuscular disease (NMD) to attend an in-person MDA Engage Seminar. \nThis educational program brings together people living with NMD\, caregivers\, clinicians and expert speakers for informative sessions focused on disease-specific topics and practical guidance for daily living. Discussions will also address life transitions\, independence planning and available support resources.
