DESCRIPTION:Description: \nThis 30-minute presentation provides a high-level overview of the Single IRB process. “Single IRB” in this case refers to the process and requirements for multi-site research studies (that is\, a study on which multiple institutions are collaborating) to use a Single IRB of record. This process involves authorization agreements and a different workflow than IRB submissions where Penn State is the only engaged institution. \nThis training is geared toward first time Single IRB users; it covers when and how to use the Single IRB as well as best practices and general tips. The training provides 15 minutes of instruction followed by 15 minutes with a Single IRB expert.
