Final Revisions to Common Rule Delayed

The Final Rule adopts the proposals that were described in the April 2018 NPRM. The Final Rule delays the general compliance date of the 2018 Requirements for an additional 6-month period until January 21, 2019. Read more about the Final Rule Delay here.
