Education: University Park Regional Campus

Penn State College of Medicine recently welcomed 13 third-year medical students to the University Park Regional Campus as the inaugural cohort of College of Medicine students to do their clinical training in State College. The goal of the regional campus, created in partnership with Mount Nittany Medical Center, is to help improve access to medical care in Centre County by training the next generation of health care providers, some of whom will choose to stay and practice in that community.
