Caring for a stroke patient

Penn State Hershey Stroke Center is a comprehensive stroke center in central Pennsylvania. Specialists provide multi-disciplinary, high-level stroke care through a telemedicine network, and perform state-of-the-art, neuro-endovascular procedures using the Pipeline embolic device and Onyx HD to treat complex neurological diseases (such as brain aneurysms). The Stroke Center offers programs that focus on stroke prevention and education; acute stroke management; rehabilitation and rehabilitation research; and long-term follow-up for stroke.
