Knee Injury Prevention for Young Athletes
Preventing a serious knee-injury is a high priority for an active athlete. Ally Yoder, a local 14-year-old volleyball player, participated in an ACL injury prevention program at Penn State Hershey, with the end results including better sports performance, a higher jump, better knee alignment, and less risk for serious knee injuries.
