Record-breaking $17.7 million raised during THON 2025

The 2025 Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon (THON) has raised $17,737,040.93 for Four Diamonds at Penn State Health Children’s Hospital. This surpasses THON 2024’s record-breaking total of $16,955,683.63 by more than $780,000.
More than 700 students danced and stood without sleep for 46 hours — from 6 p.m. Feb. 21 through 4 p.m. Feb. 23 — at the Bryce Jordan Center (BJC).
This year’s 53rd anniversary of THON embraced the theme “A Home For Hope,” representative of the joy, love, and unwavering support shared by everyone involved—from students to families—united in the mission to find a cure for childhood cancer.
As the world’s largest student-run philanthropy, THON raises millions of dollars each year for Four Diamonds, funding pediatric cancer research and supporting children and families fighting childhood cancer. Since 1977, THON has raised more than $236 million for Four Diamonds.
