Penn State Health and College of Medicine to host Independence Day celebration – CANCELED

June 27 event to feature free concert for the community – CANCELED
This evening’s event is canceled due to the possibility of inclement weather.
Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and Penn State College of Medicine invite the community to celebrate Independence Day with “An American Salute” – a free concert on the front lawn featuring the Hershey Symphony Orchestra. It will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, June 27.
The concert, which is in its 22nd year, will include music from Broadway, the movies and beloved patriotic selections. The orchestra is under the direction of Greg Woodbridge, music director.
Parking is free and attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets. Complimentary water will be provided and drinks and food will be available for purchase from food trucks at the event. Guests may also bring their own food and drinks.
There is no rain date for the concert.
