Leading up to the Thanksgiving holiday was a stressful time for Penn State College of Medicine students with exams, work and the loneliness caused by COVID-19. Some College of Medicine staff and students hoped to provide a positive outlet for students and an opportunity for them to think about their gratitude.

In the coming weeks, the Hershey Medical Center Clinical Laboratory will have increased COVID-19 testing capabilities, which will minimize dependence on external vendors, such as Quest Diagnostics, for high volume testing.
Penn State Health and Penn State College of Medicine wrapped up the 2020 United Way campaign on Nov 20. The percentage of employees who donated will be announced on Dec. 14.
