3D Slicer Workshop
October 27, 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Join us on Tuesday, Oct. 27 for a hands-on workshop focused on 3D Slicer, a powerful open-source platform for medical image visualization and analysis.
The workshop is being organized by KC Ang (kang@pennstatehealth.psu.edu). Interested participants should contact KC in advance to confirm space availability.
We are also pleased to welcome Dr. Murat Maga from the University of Washington, who will join via Zoom. Dr. Maga’s team developed SlicerMorph, an extension of 3D Slicer that is widely used in our lab for morphometric and anatomical research.
The workshop is open to individuals of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced users. Current registrants include research technicians, faculty members, graduate students, and medical students, making this a great opportunity to learn, collaborate, and explore the capabilities of 3D Slicer and SlicerMorph with colleagues across disciplines.
