Black Maternal Health Research Poster Symposium and Grand Rounds

Penn State Health Obstetrics and Gynecology and Highmark Foundation are presenting Black Maternal Health Week events to raise awareness and the importance of Black Maternal Health.
On April 17, from noon to 4 p.m. there will be a Research Poster Symposium in Room C3621 with accepted posters that focus on disparities in maternal and reproductive health.
From 4-5 p.m. in Room C4618 (lecture room A) is Keynote Grand Rounds Presentation with PA State Representative Morgan Cephas, PA House of Representatives Co-chair, PA Black Maternal Health Caucus. She will be discussing how she entered the maternal health space as a legislator, give updates on the successes and advancements in PA over the last 5 years and discuss her current priorities on Black Maternal Health.
The poster awards and reception will follow from 5-6 pm. in Room C3621 / third-floor lobby.
