Congenital Heart Center Health Fair

Join us for an evening of learning, connection and fun! The Penn State Health Congenital Heart Center Health Fair brings together patients, families and care experts to share resources, promote heart-healthy living and support the transition to adult congenital heart care.
Whether you’re living with congenital heart disease or supporting someone who is, we’d love to see you there. Attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Learn practical heart-healthy habits.
- Explore helpful resources for congenital heart care.
- Connect with congenital heart experts and members of the care team.
- Learn more about the transition from pediatric to adult congenital heart care.
- Enjoy games, music and refreshments in a family-friendly atmosphere.
