Cultivating Health Empowerment: Healthy Lifestyles: Eating for Heart Health and Brain Health

McLeod Registered Dietician, LDN, Penn State Health, Clinical Nutrition will discuss Healthy Lifestyles: Eating for Heart and Brain Health, which will include a virtual presentation packed with information about food and nutrition to assist with having healthy options to fuel your brain and heart.
