Good advice about peripheral artery disease

January 28, 2025, 12:30 pm to 1:45 pm

Peripheral artery disease is caused by a buildup of cholesterol and fat in the arteries. These narrowed arteries make it harder for blood to flow to your arms and legs. In this Lunch & Learn, we’ll explore:

  • Peripheral artery disease signs and symptoms
  • How to prevent peripheral artery disease or limit its impact
  • Healthy lifestyle choices that can reduce your risks
  • Nonsurgical treatments
  • When surgery is needed
