It calls for awareness, reflection, and a commitment to understanding how unconscious bias and microaggressions can influence interactions, decision-making, and patient outcomes. In this engaging and thought-provoking webinar, participants will explore how subtle assumptions and everyday behaviors can impact patients, caregivers, colleagues, and healthcare teams.
