Join us for “First Aid: An Initial Approach to Reduce Mental Health Inequities,” an engaging webinar designed to build awareness, increase understanding and equip participants with practical tools to support those experiencing mental health challenges.

During this session, participants will:

  • Define Mental Health First Aid and understand its role in addressing mental health needs and reducing disparities in care.
  • Recognize common signs and symptoms of mental health challenges and crises, including:
    • Anxiety
    • Depression
    • Substance use concerns
  • Identify populations disproportionately impacted by mental health inequities and explore the social, cultural, and systemic factors that contribute to these disparities.

Together, we can take meaningful steps toward advancing mental health equity and creating more supportive, inclusive communities.
