Penn State Health Children’s Lancaster Pediatric Center Family‑Friendly Open House

Break up your weekday routine and join Penn State Health for a fun, family‑friendly open house at the Children’s Lancaster Pediatric Center. Families can enjoy free activities, explore emergency vehicles, and learn more about pediatric care services available in the Lancaster community.
Activities and Attractions:
- Life Lion helicopter and emergency vehicles (weather permitting)
- Photos with the Penn State Nittany Lion
- Food, games, giveaways, and family activities
- Prize raffles, including Hersheypark tickets (must be present to win)
- Free child car seat safety checks by trained experts
- Meet Life Lion ground and flight crews who care for critically ill children
Families will also have the opportunity to:
- Meet pediatric providers who care for local children
- Tour a space designed for kids and families
- Learn about services offered in Lancaster, including primary care and specialties such as cardiology, neurology, ENT, and urology
- Hear updates at 5:15 p.m. from Penn State Health leaders on the growth of pediatric care in the region
- Learn how Children’s Miracle Network and Four Diamonds support children and families
