No one understands the challenges of being a new mom better than other new moms. Join us weekly to share your experience in an online space of respect, compassion and non-judgment. Each session of our virtual support group for new mothers opens with a Penn State Health expert leading a short discussion on a topic important to you. You’ll also have time to ask questions and connect with other moms who understand what you are going through. Open to postpartum women and birthing individuals, 18 and older, who have delivered within the past year.
