We are offering free blood pressure and blood sugar screenings.  No insurance required. Will will also have games and information regarding free health insurance.

This all day class covers phases/stages of labor and delivery, comfort measures and breathing techniques to use during labor, pain medication options and what to expect postpartum.  It is best if taken in the last 4 months of pregnancy.
