Barto named Penn State Health vice president of facilities

David Barto is the new Penn State Health vice president of facilities, responsible for leading key facility functions, including master planning, space planning, design, construction, facilities maintenance and operations and occupational safety.

Barto has served as director of facilities, planning and construction at Hershey Medical Center since 2014.

He begins his newly created position on Monday.
