Bilingual employees invited to apply for Interpreter Rewards Program by Jan. 9

Penn State Health is accepting applications through Friday Jan. 9, 2026, for the Interpreter Rewards Program that trains and incentivizes eligible bilingual employees to become qualified medical interpreters.

The program will provide employees who are fluent in the non-English languages most commonly spoken by the health system’s patients – such as Spanish, Nepali, Arabic and American Sign Language – with medical interpreter training, including medical terminology.

To apply, eligible bilingual employees should complete the application and email it to PSHEmployeeInterpreterRewards@pennstatehealth.psu.edu by Jan. 9.
