Bright Horizons employee benefit offers copay-free October

Bright Horizons, Penn State Health’s child care provider, is offering a special discount for the month of October. Eligible employees do not have to pay a copay for center-based backup care throughout October.

Bright Horizons Backup Care Advantage Program provides emergency backup child care if normal care arrangements fall through, and an employee can’t miss work. The program can help parents facing the following situations:

• School is closed for a holiday
• Adjusting to life with a new baby
• The regular sitter is unavailable
• Between child care arrangements
