Center for Medical Genomics unites researchers across Penn State
The Center for Medical Genomics at Penn State brings together researchers in medicine, genomics, biochemistry, statistics and computer science to advance basic genomic research and personalized medicine and translate that research into new diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive medical strategies.
The center is a collaboration between Penn State University Park and Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, focusing on interdisciplinary research. Projects involve everything from collecting patient data to computational modeling. This video profile describes more about the center’s work.
