College of Medicine honored by Association for Healthcare Philanthropy

Penn State College of Medicine was recognized on the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy’s 2018 High Performers List. It was one of 54 U.S. and 10 Canadian development health care organizations included for fiscal year 2017. High performers are defined as organizations that represent the top 25 percent in net fundraising returns out of all responding institutions.
The College of Medicine relies on support from alumni, community members, corporations, organizations, and foundations, and its own faculty and staff.
“We are proud of this recognition and the dedication of our fundraising team,” said Dr. Craig Hillemeier, dean of Penn State College of Medicine, CEO of Penn State Health and senior vice president of health affairs at Penn State. “But even more than that, we are grateful for what it signifies: our donors’ belief in our missions and their passion to join us in building a healthier future.”
