Exeter Ridge renovations pave way for expanded hours and services
Patients now have increased access to primary care and obstetrics and gynecology care following renovations to the second-floor suite at Penn State Health St. Joseph Exeter Ridge Health Complex in Exeter Township, Pa.
Completed on Dec. 6, the improvements include an increase in the number of exam rooms on the second floor from 16 to 40. Following the recruitment of additional providers, Exeter Ridge plans to expand hours and services and add walk-in, primary care.
With the primary care practice joining obstetrics and gynecology on the second floor, the Medical Group Specialty Clinic moved into Suite 102, where it plans to expand services as well.
“A renovation of this magnitude takes the efforts of multiple teams to ensure its success,” Practice Manager Jolene Frymoyer said. “We want to recognize the efforts of everyone involved, including staff and vendors, who worked so hard to ensure there was minimal impact to patient care during the construction and transition phases.”
In addition to the expanded services on the second floor, the Exeter Ridge location offers orthopedics and sports medicine, diabetes education, medical fitness maintenance programs, physical therapy, mammography, ultrasound, EKG, X-ray and lab services.
The facility is at 3970 Perkiomen Avenue, Exeter Township.
