Holiday meals provided for on-duty medical center faculty and staff

Hampden Medical Center, Hershey Medical Center, Holy Spirit Medical Center and St. Joseph Medical Center will provide meals for faculty and staff who are on duty third shift on Christmas Eve, and first and second shift on Christmas Day.

Hampden Medical Center:

Meal Times: Friday, Dec. 24, third shift; Saturday, Dec. 25, first and second shift

Meal Locations: Delivered

Details: Meals will be delivered to staff working applicable shifts.

Hershey Medical Center:

Meal Times: Dec. 24, 10 p.m. to 1 a.m.; Dec. 25, 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Meal Location: Rotunda Cafeteria

Details: Interested staff and faculty should let their managers know when they are working during these hours, and they will receive a $12 voucher for use in the café. Managers must submit voucher request forms by Monday, Dec. 13 at noon.

Holy Spirit Medical Center:

Meal Times: During applicable shift

Meal Location: Dec. 24 – 4 West Conference Room; Dec. 25 – The Hearth

Details: Staff may pick up a free meal at the designated locations.

St. Joseph Medical Center:

Meal Times: Dec. 25, 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Meal Location: St. Joseph Medical Center Cafeteria

Details: Interested staff and faculty should let their managers know when they are working during these hours, and they will receive a $12 voucher for use in the café. Managers must submit voucher requests to scruz6@pennstatehealth.psu.edu by Monday, Dec. 20. Vouchers will be available for pick up on Wednesday, Dec. 22.
