Holy Spirit Medical Center names Baker, Green Shining Star Award winners

Holy Spirit Medical Center recognized Kelsee Baker, mental health worker, Behavioral Health Unit, and Letitia Green, environmental health attendant, Environmental Health, as the July Shining Star Award winners.

The Holy Spirit Medical Center Hospital Administration Lean Six Sigma team created the Shining Star Award in late 2022, to recognize Environmental Health and clinical staff who go above and beyond to maintain cleanliness in patient care areas. Staff members can nominate colleagues who prioritize cleanliness to continuously improve the quality of patient care and their coworkers’ experiences.

“Kelsee is always going above and beyond on the unit, and she makes patients feel comfortable and safe,” said nominator Rebecca Boisvert, registered nurse, Behavioral Health Unit.

Green’s nominator highlighted Letitia’s thoroughness, dedication to her work and willingness to help everyone in all circumstances.
