Important information: Employees prepare to be Hersheypark happy this weekend

Penn State Health and the College of Medicine are excited to welcome staff and their families to Employee Appreciation Weekend at Hersheypark, April 23 and 24. Please review the following information for the weekend.

Wear your blue and white

  • Hersheypark goers are encouraged to wear Penn State attire that weekend.
  • T-shirts will be handed out inside the park entrance from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day, or while supplies last. Please note, there is a limit of four T-shirts per family.

Share your photos

  • Send photos from the weekend to Steve Massini’s CEO mailbox. The photos will be shared at the start of the next Penn State Health town hall.
  • Share individual or group photos on social media. Be sure to tag Penn State Health using the handles listed below, and you may see your photo featured on one of our channels following the event:

    • Twitter – @PennStHershey
    • LinkedIn – @Penn State Health

Ticket information

  • Tickets are available for Sunday, April 24. Hersheypark ended ticket sales for Saturday, April 23.
  • Employees can purchase up to four tickets at $15 each.
    • Additional tickets may be purchased for $32 each (ages 3 and older).
    • Parking will be FREE.
    • Admission to ZooAmerica is included.
  • Penn State Health and the College of Medicine will host catered areas where employees can stop for a snack and socialize with colleagues:
    • April 23, 3-5 p.m., in the Fahrenheit Catering area
    • April 24, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., in the Wildcat Catering area
