New Benefits Provider

Sun Life Financial was named Penn State Health’s new disability benefits provider. Learn more about it and all benefits and wellness programs at mySolutions.

Compliance Training Opens

All Penn State Health employees must complete their 2019 annual compliance training before March 29. The online Compass training ensures that employees understand the key legal, ethical and policy aspects of patient care and the importance of accurate billing.

Four Diamonds Impact Report

Four Diamonds released its annual Impact Report, which highlights how funds raised by THON, Mini-THON and Penn State Health community partners help children fighting cancer at Penn State Health Children’s Hospital and around the world.

3C Award Nominations Due

The Penn State Hershey Commission for Women is accepting nominations for its annual 3C Award. The honor recognizes the commitment of employees who provide a sustaining, nurturing and invigorating environment for the professional and personal development of women and girls. All Penn State Health and Penn State College of Medicine employees are eligible:

Wild Onions Call for Entries

Faculty and staff – both clinical and non-clinical – as well as patients, families, students and volunteers are invited to submit original literary, artistic or photographic work to Wild Onions by Tuesday, Jan. 15. The publication for the literary and visual arts is funded by The Doctors Kienle Center for Humanistic Medicine, Penn State College of Medicine. Visit the Wild Onions website to submit a work. THON Store

Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon (THON) gear will be available for sale in the Academic Support Building lobby, the Children’s Hospital Treehouse Café and the Biomedical Research Building South Lobby:

Fuddruckers Raise Funds

Three local Fuddruckers restaurants will donate 20 percent of participating patrons’ Monday through Friday lunch or dinner bills to Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center:

An eight-week mindfulness-based stress reduction program is available to all Penn State Health and Penn State College of Medicine employees and students:
