Service Desk Assists with Moving Phones
Information Services asks that employees contact the IS Service Desk before moving their office phones. Emergency response location information must be updated with every phone move. All phones, including voice over IP (VoIP) phones, contain emergency response locations that provide first responders with precise location information and allows them to respond quickly and efficiently to a 911 emergency call. Contact the IS Service Desk at 717-531-6281 or 610-378-2647 (both numbers transitioning to 833-577-HELP) or help@pennstatehealth.psu.edu to request a phone move.
