PTO/Vacation Donation
The following employees have been approved for the primary Paid Time Off (PTO)/Vacation Donation Program:

- Lori Heilman, Patient and Provider Access Revenue Cycle
Employees interested in donating their Primary PTO hours may do so by going to mySolutions, search “PTO Donation” (log-in may be required) and submit it electronically.
Penn State Health and Hershey Symphony Orchestra Salute America
Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center hosted the Hershey Symphony Orchestra for its annual free concert, “An American Salute,” on July 3. Thousands of people gathered on the front lawn of the Medical Center to hear movie themes, patriotic music and more. View photos from the event.

Outlook on the Move
Information Services will discuss the Outlook on the Move initiative that is migrating employees’ Outlook mailboxes to a more stable and secure platform:
Outlook on the Move is near completion at Penn State Health’s Reading and Lancaster locations. In mid-to-late July, Information Services will begin the migrations at Hershey locations. Visit the project website for more information.
Opioid Talk
Dr. Sarah Kawasaki of the Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute will discuss “Opioid Use Disorder, Treatments and Challenges”:

Cooking Fast, Healthy
Penn State PRO Wellness Project Manager Kara Bowers and Project Coordinator Angela Schlegel will host a live cooking demonstration and demonstrate fuss-free tools, apps and tips in a presentation called “Three Steps to Fast Cooking and Meal Prep”:
